General handbook for policies and procedures at the Desk.

Mobility Print

Students received an email on Friday, January 14th, 2022 about how to set up the new printing software, including links to the software to download to their devices. Directions to this can be found here, and all the instructions are below for easier use.

There are different instructions for each type of device - MacOS, iOS, Android, Chrome OS, or Windows. Have the user follow those instructions to set up their printing capabilities. Ensure that they are on the HillSpot network, as printing won't work if they aren't connected.

Once the steps below are completed, have the student tap their Hill Card on the printer they sent their print job to, sign in when prompted, and then tap their card again when prompted. Once these steps are complete, students will be able to just tap their card to pull up their account in the future without the need to sign in.

Mac Directions

*Please note - Mac computers autopopulate the student's full name instead of their Stonehill username in the last step of this process. Make sure that the correct username is typed in.*
