The MacPhaidin Library houses Stonehill College's copy of the Fine Art Facsimile Edition of the Book of Kells. This wonderful gift was made by Mr Joseph Malone in 1990,
The book was photographed in 2007 as part of a Media Relations project. The library was able to get copies of the images and library staff chose the ones that appear in the Ace's Place Café.The images were then sent to Lustre Color in Canton where they were printed on canvas for display.
