MLA Web Pages, Web Sites and Social Media

According the MLA manual, “you should only include a URL as supplementary information only when the reader probably cannot locate the source without it or when your instructors require it.” (p. 182).

If you need to include a URL MLA suggests that the URL appear in angle brackets after the date of access. Break URLs only after slashes.
